1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and bfd33 ("bfd33", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bfd33 website located at https://bfd33.app and all associated services, including sports betting, online casino games, live dealer games, promotional offers, and customer support ("the Platform").

By creating a bfd33 account, accessing the Platform, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

The bfd33 Platform is strictly intended for adults. You must be aged 18 years or older to register an account and participate in any betting or gaming activity on bfd33. This age requirement is non-negotiable and is enforced without exception.

In addition to the age requirement, you are eligible to use bfd33 only if:

• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity);
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law;
• You are not registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by bfd33 or any other gambling operator;
• You are not an employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of bfd33 or any of its affiliated game providers;
• You are mentally capable of entering into a binding legal agreement and are not acting under duress or coercion.

bfd33 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age within a reasonable timeframe will result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete. If it is determined that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits made will be returned to the payment source.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full features of the bfd33 Platform — including deposits, wagers, and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Bangladesh mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to maintain exactly one registered account on the bfd33 Platform at any given time. Registering multiple accounts — regardless of the reason — is strictly prohibited. If bfd33 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all associated accounts will be closed, all bonuses and bonus-derived winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned at bfd33's sole discretion following an investigation.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You are solely and fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bfd33 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes associated with your account. You must:

• Choose a strong, unique password not used on any other online platform;
• Enable two-factor authentication where available;
• Never share your login credentials with any other person;
• Log out of your account on shared or public devices;
• Contact bfd33 support immediately via live chat or email if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

bfd33 will never request your password through any channel, including email, live chat, or telephone. Any communication claiming to be from bfd33 that asks for your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team without delay.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bfd33 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) process as part of its commitment to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You may be required to submit identity verification documents at the time of registration, before your first withdrawal, or at any point during your use of the Platform at bfd33's discretion. Accepted documents include:

• A valid Bangladesh National ID Card (NID);
• A valid passport;
• A current driver's licence;
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Confirmation of your bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account ownership where applicable.

Failure or refusal to complete the KYC process within the timeframe requested by bfd33 will result in the temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

bfd33 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per method; current limits are displayed on the cashier page within your account.

Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your bfd33 account balance within seconds of the transaction being confirmed. Bank transfers may take longer depending on the processing times of the respective financial institution. bfd33 does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where a payment account is registered to a person other than the bfd33 account holder — are not permitted and may trigger an investigation that delays or prevents withdrawal processing.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit, wherever possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and ensure that funds are returned to their source. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes are displayed in the cashier section of your account.

Before a withdrawal can be approved, you must have:

• Completed all applicable KYC identity verification requirements;
• Met any active bonus wagering requirements in full;

4.3 Currency & Exchange

The bfd33 Platform operates in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All displayed balances, deposit amounts, wager values, and withdrawal amounts are denominated in ৳ (BDT). If your payment provider processes transactions in a different currency, any exchange rate conversion is the sole responsibility of that payment provider. bfd33 does not apply additional currency conversion fees.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bfd33 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-specific cashback promotions during BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup seasons. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms of each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page on the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

By accepting a bonus, you agree to comply with its specific wagering requirements. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings before meeting the stated wagering requirements will result in the forfeiture of those bonus funds and any winnings generated from them.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

bfd33 takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. The following conduct constitutes bonus abuse and will result in the voiding of all bonuses, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may lead to permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim a welcome bonus more than once;
• Placing low-risk or mathematically structured bets specifically to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising genuine risk (commonly known as "bonus hunting" or "bonus whoring");
• Coordinating with other players to exploit promotional mechanics;
• Using automated software or bots to place wagers for the purpose of bonus clearance.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses and free spins issued at bfd33 have an expiry date. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the specified validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation. Expiry dates are clearly stated in each promotion's individual terms and displayed in your account's bonus section.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the bfd33 Platform are subject to the specific sporting rules and settlement procedures applicable to that sport and market. Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and international Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are settled according to the official results as declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a postponed, abandoned, or void event, bfd33's settlement rules for that specific market type will apply as described in the sportsbook rules section of your account.

bfd33 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, where a technical error has resulted in an incorrect price being displayed, or where there is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing or corrupt activity in the relevant event.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games available on the bfd33 Platform — including slots from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe, as well as live dealer games from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi — are supplied by third-party game providers and are governed by their respective Random Number Generator (RNG) certifications and Return to Player (RTP) figures. bfd33 does not modify game outcomes and has no influence over the RNG mechanics of any game provided by a third-party supplier.

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the game engine's state at the point of disconnection will be used to determine the outcome of that round upon reconnection. bfd33 cannot accept liability for losses arising from network interruptions outside of its reasonable control.

6.3 Maximum Payout Limits

bfd33 applies maximum single-transaction payout limits across all betting and gaming products. These limits are set per game type, per sport, and per event and are displayed within the relevant game or betting market interface. Any winnings in excess of the applicable maximum payout limit will not be paid out, regardless of the wager amount. This policy exists to protect the financial stability and operational continuity of the Platform.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

As a registered player at bfd33, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose and in accordance with all applicable laws. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and/or legal action:

• Fraud and Deception: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment credentials, or attempting to defraud bfd33 or other players through any means;
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of illegal activity;
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence software, or any form of automation to place wagers or interact with the Platform without human oversight;
• Hacking and Interference: Attempting to access, modify, reverse-engineer, or disrupt any part of the bfd33 Platform, its servers, or its underlying software systems;
• Misuse of Promotions: Engaging in the bonus abuse practices described in Section 5.2 of these Terms;
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or harassing conduct toward bfd33 employees or other players via any communication channel.

bfd33 employs sophisticated fraud detection and risk management systems that monitor all account activity. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, bfd33 reserves the right to act immediately and without prior notice to protect the integrity of the Platform and the safety of its players.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by bfd33

bfd33 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time and without prior notice if there is a reasonable basis to suspect that the account is being used in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, is subject to a disputed or charged-back payment, or is under investigation for any compliance-related matter. During a suspension, access to the account balance and withdrawal functionality may be restricted until the investigation is resolved.

8.2 Closure by bfd33

bfd33 may permanently close an account if:

• A material breach of these Terms is confirmed following investigation;
• The player is found to be under 18 years of age;
• The player has registered more than one account;
• The player is found to be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• The player has engaged in confirmed fraudulent, collusive, or money-laundering activity;
• A self-exclusion request from the player is received and actioned.

Upon confirmed closure for cause, any bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings in the account will be voided. Genuine deposited funds that are not subject to forfeiture under these Terms will be returned to the player's verified payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any compliance review.

8.3 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request to close your bfd33 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before closing your account, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method. 8.4 Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude bfd33's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully limited or excluded.

8.5 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the bfd33 Platform, bfd33 encourages you to contact our customer support team in the first instance, as many issues can be resolved quickly and informally. bfd33 is committed to fair and transparent dispute resolution and will respond to all formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe.
